TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Order Notice:

• Mini orders ( 1 - 99 units) must be confirmed 48 hours in advance.

• Small Orders (100 - 499 units) must be confirmed 48 hours in advance.

• Medium to Large orders ( 500 + units) must be confirmed 5 days in advance.

Deposit:

• A 30% Non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.

• The deposit must be paid within 24-hours of confirming your order.

Refund Policy:

• In the event that the customer is unhappy with the product provided, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Lines n Cookies Bakery within 3-hours of receiving the product. An email must be sent to linesncookies.bakery@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Subject: "Refund"- "Order Number"​

  • Detailed reason for the refund.

  • Images of product to support the refund.

• The customer is required to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm an order, thereafter the balance owed must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Waiver:

• The customer assumes the responsibility of informing Lines n Cookies Bakery of any changes made in their order(s) within a reasonable time from delivery.

• Lines n Cookies Bakery can and will not refund any product damages after receipt of product.

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure when purchasing a product, he/she is aware that the product may contain possible allergens.

• Lines n Cookies Bakery reserves the right to the cancellation of any orders in the event:

  • The Non-refundable deposit is not paid before the agreed -cut off period.​

  • All required information to complete the order has not been provided to Lines n Cookies Bakery.
